OVERVIEW
We offer a fully managed solution for building and activating your new Data Centre environment. From the moment designs are finalised and contracts signed, we take ownership of the server room delivery, ensuring progress is tracked and milestones are met. Once construction is complete, we conduct a thorough handover inspection to identify and resolve any snags. We then coordinate third-party service providers and your IT team to complete the fit out, including rack systems, cabling, power, network infrastructure, followed by IT systems. Before go-live, we perform an Integrated Systems Test (IST) to validate the environment and confirm all systems meet specification. Finally, we manage the migration of data and services into the new infrastructure, ensuring a smooth and secure transition to live operations.Â

We specialise in delivering end-to-end Data Centre Server Room and IT Fit Out solutions. From initial project management and supplier coordination through to final migration, our service ensures every stage of your Data Centre build is expertly managed. We oversee inspections, resolve snags, coordinate third-party providers, validate systems through IST, and ensure a seamless transition to live operations giving you confidence that your environment is built to perform. Our services include –
Project Management of Server Room Delivery
We will coordinate with the Data Centre Supplier Project Manager to create and provide a Server Room Fit Out Plan for the end-to-end coordination and tracking of the Server Room construction progress against contract milestones. We will develop and manage the Risk and Issue Register throughout the delivery phase.
Server Room Handover InspectionÂ
One the Server Room has been completed by the Data Centre Supplier, we will undertake a comprehensive inspection of the completed server room, utilising our proprietary Room Hand Over Checklist to ensure we check and capture and record all identified snags and defects for resolution by the Data Centre Supplier. We will follow up with the Data Centre Supplier for the timely resolution of all outstanding snags and defects.Â
Third-Party and IT Team Coordination
In preparation for the IT Fit Out we work with your IT Team and your third–party teams to schedule deliveries, onsite attendance and IT Fit Out of systems, providing oversight of activities onsite. We ensure all dependencies are aligned for a smooth Fit Out and that any issues are escalated for a quick conclusion.
IT Infrastructure Fit Out
We monitor and track the installation of rack cabling, and power provisioning, to include Rack Power Distribution Units, checking that installations meet safety, regulatory, standards and best practices implementations. We also check that all items are labelled effectively to enable the tracking of installations.Â
We will track the deployment of network and compute infrastructure, to ensure that systems are implemented as per plans and that all supplier tests are effectively completed successfully, and comply with design specifications and operational standards.Â
Integrated Systems Testing (IST)
The IST ensures that all resiliency systems are validated and that the implemented environment is built to specification. As the name states, this is the first time that all systems are tested in an integrated environment. We manage and record all outcomes of the executed test scenarios to confirm system readiness. We document the test outcomes and track remediation of any issues and ensure solutions are retested successfully.
Go-Live Migration Management
Once all Fit Out activities has been completed, the IST outcome results and Plans, and ‘as built’ plans are submitted to you for final validation and sign-off for production readiness. Once approved the Implementation can move to Production mode.Â
